Return Process

  Log into your VITALIA account or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from our portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
